01Who can work with Living Bau today?

02Is Living Bau a material library or a consultancy?
Living Bau is a physical and digital decision environment. Lab Studio supports in-person work and material experience, Living Bau OS is evolving into the project’s data and decision memory, and GuildBau connects the professional input a project needs. Formal specialist opinions remain the responsibility of the relevant experts.
03What do you mean by a pilot project or pilot partnership?
It is a deliberately bounded first engagement with an agreed objective, scope and outcome. It gives both sides enough evidence to decide whether and how the relationship should continue.
04Is Living Bau OS already complete?
No. The digital environment is being developed in stages around the first real use cases. Full automation and every external integration are not being promised today; the technical scope of each pilot is agreed separately.
05How does a development review begin?
With a 60–90 minute decision diagnostic to frame the decision, credible alternatives, available evidence and the validation still required. We can then propose a defined next stage.
